With bold, playful, and captivating interiors, the Sticks’n’Sushi restaurant at Battersea Power Station in London features a vibrant mix of colours, from rich reds to soothing blues. The design incorporates a variety of tactile materials, including glazed tiles, eelgrass panels and sustainable composites made from coffee bean shells and sawdust, bound with upcycled plastic.

Tiled organic columns create an inviting atmosphere, blending casual seating with bespoke furniture. Drawing inspiration from the 1960-1970s, the design artfully combines elements with a modern contemporary flair.
